Sunday Feb 11th at the East End Farmers Market in Houston, TX will be a milestone I will always remember. The day of my first farmers market and my first sell! Seeing all the patrons walk by and ogle my desserts was an amazing feeling but doesn’t come close to the feeling I got from my first sale! My first customers knew how to live life, at 10:30 am when most were reaching for their eggs or pigs in a blanket, this lovely couple knew a Very Vanilla Cupcake was just the thing to pair with their cup of joe.

Then there were those who thought 10:30 was too early for cupcakes. To them I presented Pancakes…
Pancake – cinnamon pancake cupcake with Brown sugar buttercream topped with a silver dollar pancake and drizzled with syrup.
I was strategically placed next to a vendor that made amazing burgers and hot dogs (Umbrella Fellas) which allowed customers to have lunch and follow up with dessert! And that’s where Sweet Cheeks Bake House™ came to the rescue with an array of sweet and savor flavors!
Dark forest – chocolate cake with cherries baked in with cherry buttercream frosting and of course a cherry on top!
